Monterey Park has always been home to Vinh, which provided opportunities for him to achieve his American Dream. Vinh wants to give back and pay it forward by further serving the community that has supported him.
Vinh T Ngo is a proud product of Monterey Park. Vinh's Chinese parents immigrated to the U.S. in 1979 from Vietnam and arrived in Monterey Park in 1980.
